Calm down and adjust your tactics accordingly. This kind of "truce" can even sometimes arise silently without agreement between two strong players. The N America player has an advantage from this truce, but that is not so devastating as you seem to believe in the game chat.

tgfrules: Do you have anything to add to the accusation?

I reported this because to me this looks very much as a secret diplomacy.
The actions to "not attack" was taken before the chat says so. And even the chat to me doesn't really show any kind of truce.

I will accept any ruling in this case and I am not sure I have much more to add.

Thanks for showing me how fair the system is. First time I have been accused of something.
Glad to see that something I wasn't doing was recognized as exactly that.

I echo what Silly Knig-it said...I also have never been accused and this was an accusation that had no merit. Thanks to the CC officials for there efforts.
