i noticed that but wasn't going to complain as most of the first 250 games are the finalised ones i want to record. i don't need to see the other 300 i'm watching until they finalise.

No, I had checked the night before. And the next morning. Went to work, started computer and clicked to check on some war games. It shows my total number of watched but none of the games.
I've restarted grease monkey, my broader, my computer...it remained unusable all last night.

Not sure about today yet, I'll check after work..

I would like to see what you haev in script settings. Go to about:config page and search for "watch" string. It will narrow down variables and one of them will belong to grasemonkey script. It sohuld have a name of games with all the game numbers, concantenated by commas. Post that string here please and I will try to duplicate your watched game list and see if there are some specific games that break the script.

This.

Usually it works fine, but sometimes, it reverts back to an older date of when I was watching games. So, it adds games back that I had unwatched and takes away new ones that I was watching.

I can do this when I get back on my laptop if you would like, but I don't think that is the issue. Seems more like it just doesn't save the watched games sometimes and then if the browser gets shut down without it being 'saved,' it reverts back to an old save.

The same type of thing happens with a other scripts as well. Like chatglove, for example.

ChapCrap - what do you do to correct it when it "reverts" back to an old watch list?

I go through all the games and unwatch or watch them as necessary in order to fix it. It takes a while sometimes and it's quite a pain for some of the tournaments I do.

that may happen because browser has to save your settings and it does that only on browser exit. So unsafe ending of the program may corrupt your data.

Is there another way to save without closing the browser?

Basically you need to close it only once when you modify your watched list.

New issue to me:

I started using Chrome yesterday and transfered all of my watched games to chrome to use the script there. They show up fine, but they are in random order it seems like. In Firefox they are ordered by game number. Is there a reason that the games are all screwed up.

Mine are sorting well right now. And I am on Chrome at the moment. Try to toggle options - sort by field can be either Time or Game Number. It will reset the value, maybe it was damaged somehow.

Is that option something to be changed in Chrome or with the script?

In the script menu, look in the left idebar for WTG meny. Expand Options and you will see all the nifty controls there.

The headings are out of date.

Game Type
Initial Troops
Play Order Map Spoils
Reinforcements
Fog of War Round
Time Remaining Players

Fog Of War should be changed to Special Gameplay

Ever thought about adding functionality to the Game Finder page. Maybe I want to watch all 8 player foggy freestyle games that are waiting for players, so that I can be the last to join them. I don't, but I would think that some people would like this feature.
