Not buying it. For these reasons:

1. What does xxxxxxx have to do with anything? That seems to be an account that has gone unused for a few years and never shared any games with Dick-Tator nor Coastal Brute, let alone all three in one game.

2. There is a nice little banter between Dick-Tator and Coastal half-way through the game about promotions, girlfriend, etc. It could be some elaborate hoax, but who honestly likes to make jokes to themself? They use clearly different levels of poor syntax: (e.g. capitalization, "..."). Also the responses from one to another are not immediate. In fact it looks like one takes 12 days to respond to the other.

Ok, so they play a bunch of games against one another. Who doesn't? There is no overwhelming advantage from one to the other and they actually have the same rank. Multi's? Nope.

Secret Diplomacy? Maybe but again everything is circumstantial because they play many games together. If everyone was ousted for that, there'd be crickets chirping in Conquer-land. Since the allegations rest on it being a Multi, I say dismiss this complaint entirely for lacking merit.
