I Love this map. Clean lines, simple but good graphics. Armies will be easy to see... Excellent job.
The only thing that i would change is the drop shadow on all sides of the land masses. makes the oceans look beveled or raised. Just a personal opinion - however not something that fret over. I can't wait to play !!

Ive already asked about it and you didnt Reply Keyogi.
This is your first response since I fixed Istanbul.
Congratulations. In keeping with the Parchment theme, you have (re)made a fine map and given it a distinct personality which was the only thing that was lacking, for its one of the best playable ones around!
Exaltations.
Comments I couldn't find a better position for Egypt. All the continent labels are roughly centred, so having Egypt all the way down the bottom looked odd. I chose the new Arabia position based on the fact every other continent label was interesected by borders. I originally moved the Arabia label West but it stood out, so I moved it South-East instead.
Is Istanbul satisfactory or does it still need more work?

Hmm I don't know if this has been discussed before, but for a new player on this map it might not seem clear that you cannot attack from Syria to Taurus. Perhaps the mountain range needs to be a bit clearer on the Western side.
do something about the army circles. they are barely visible. especially in iran

the continent colours have been discussed extensively and everybody agreed the current ones are perfect.
