One player eliminated so far!
Group B looks like the group with the most likely eliminations as one player is dominating the scoreboard.

Ok, quick trivia question:
Name every map on the site (including Beta) with a territory labelled 'Caria'. Then, name every map that has that territory, even if it is not labelled. (Doodle Earth doesn't count since you can't point to the spot where Caria 'is' only where it should be).

wendall2000 and kiwi3 have both been eliminated.
Plus there is a guaranteed elimination in Group B. Just waiting to find out who it is.

Another guaranteed elimination. This time group a is the lucky target.

Re: - Artemisia of Caria I [24/24] [full]
Ok. 5 eliminations so far, 1 more guaranteed. We can have between 6 and 9 players eliminated this round. A lot, considering I was expecting no eliminations in round 1.
So if:
6 players are eliminated and 18 remain = 5 3-player games in 6 different groups
7 players are eliminated and 17 remain = 1 random rescue + 5 3-player games in 6 different groups
8 players are eliminated and 16 remain = 6 4-player games in 4 different groups
9 players are eliminated and 15 remain = 7 5-player games in 3 different groups
No matter what: Round 3 will be 2-player games so a maximum of 1 player will be saved.
If Round 2 was 3-player games, then rounds 4 and 5 will be 4 or 5 player games.
If Round 2 is anything else, then round 4 will be 3-players and then round 5 will fill the last slot.
Round 6 and 7 will be 7 and 8 player games (in whatever order necessary). (If we even get that far)
Any rounds left over will be 6-player games or smaller. If needed, we will do a poll to see the best way to find a winner. (This tournament isn't very good at picking a winner).
The way random recoveries will work is that players who made it farther get more chances.
So, players eliminated in round 1 get their name added to the random.org list ONE TIME. In round 2, they all have an equal chance. Players eliminated in round 2 get their name added to the list TWICE. So in round 3, each the round 2 players has twice the chance of a round 1 player. Likewise for round 3 etc.

6 players are eliminated and 18 remain = 5 3-player games in 6 different groups
7 players are eliminated and 17 remain = 1 random rescue + 5 3-player games in 6 different groups

Re: - Artemisia of Caria I [15/24] Round 2
buster582 has missed his invites too many times and is a known deadbeater. Lottery was help to see who will replace him and blitzkreig2 is the lucky player!
