I know that for a singles game, the formula is :
(loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent
But how is it calculated for a team game?
Thanks for any light you can shed on this.

Re: How are team games scored?
Same formula, but loser's score is then the losers' combined score (per team, so just the sum of their scores), and same for winner's score.

Does each person on the winning team get that amount, or is it split in half?

Everyone gets the same amount and loses the same amount.
Re: How are team games scored?
Everyone gets the amount that the formula calculates:
(Losing teams combined score/Winning Teams combined score) * 20 = amount each person on the team receives
So a team of 10000 points playing 100000 points would be (10000/10000)*20= 20 points each
If the 10000 point team beats a 5000 point team they would get:
(5000/10000)*20=10 points for winning
(Losing teams combined score/Winning Teams combined score) * 20 = amount each person on the team receives
So a team of 10000 points playing 100000 points would be (10000/10000)*20= 20 points each
If the 10000 point team beats a 5000 point team they would get:
(5000/10000)*20=10 points for winning

Re: How are team games scored?
So it looks like you get a lot less points for winning a team game, than a singles game.
That's too bad. I'm playing my first team game, and I find I like it a lot more than singles. I tend to make alliances, and then I hate killing off people who were friends, just minutes before.
(but please don't tell my opponents! They could probably use it against me, and I do prefer winning to losing, even with the sad feeling at the end.)
Thank you all for your help.

Re: How are team games scored?
No penny it is the same ratio. If you play someone singles same points as you and win it is 20 points...if your team points equal their team points each of the winnings team players gets 20 points. Hope that makes sense?

Singles isn't 1v1. In 1v1 it's the same ratio.
In singles it's the same ratio for each player. But you win more per game because you play multiple players. However, there is a much lower changed of winning when you play singles.
