Map Contest Cash Prize!!

Post by Industrial Helix »

If you guys remember I posted a while back about a contest for the website "They draw and Travel" and it involved a Cash Prize. Well, they're doing another contest with $500 1st place prize and 5 runner ups at $110. So if you missed the last contest and wanted to enter, here's a second chance.

AsI recall, both myself and RJBeals entered, you can view our maps here:

IH: http://www.theydrawandtravel.com/maps/e ... carl-brown

RJ: http://www.theydrawandtravel.com/maps/c ... -rob-beals

And, using the links you can use the site to get a feel for the other maps and what contest entries will look like.

I remember that thing, and it was very misleading to call it a "Map" contest... the winners weren't even maps, they were just drawings inspired by places.

amen.

but i still may have a go at the this to improve my basic illustration talents. I recommend more folks here do as well to push their skill-sets.

(edit) didn't mean to sound rude above. Just saying it couldn't hurt.
