THE ONLY WAYS TO WIN AND MOVE ON!!!!
1.) Is to nuke your opponents last spot on the map. You can attack them as much as you want but you can't attack their last spot. If you win by eliminating them by attacking you will lose.

2.) To have the most troops at the end of the 20 round limit
If you are playing and someone eliminates you without it being by a nuclear spoil or winning due to round limit, please message me the game number and I will make sure the correct person moves on.
I will also check the games to make sure the right player is progressing.
If someone misses three turns in a row and is kicked out then their opponent will still move on even though they did not win by nuking.
I will use random.org for initial seeding of the bracket
