Diplomacy

Post by Heimdude »

Hello,

If any of you ever played the Diplomacy board game, you'll be happy to know there is an online version too. It may be worth it for the admins to check it out as you could get some ideas on how to improve/modify options for games on conquer club. I have to admit that Conquer Club is a much more user friendly website though.

Well they aren't really the same game. For instance the diplomacy combat system doesn't use dice at all.

@ op Thanks for posting this I'll definitely be checking it out. I love diplomacy, very fun game.

Actually after checking the site out, they offer some nice features for controlling your game options. They seem to have a decent user base about 10,000, dunno how many are just filler though. Have not played a game yet so too soon to tell.

If ya'll want a better Diplomacy site, head over to playdip.com.

Better community (smaller ofc than CC) but nice interface.

Please don't invite me to any pickup games. I will decline the invite.

There are many, many far better Diplomacy websites out there. Just to name a couple are Diplomaticcorps, Diplomatic Corps, The Diplomatic Pouch and (my favorite) The Academy of Creative Destruction.
