I want to join a tournament but i dont know how can someone tell me.
I also want to know if you get more points if you win or what do you get and how long do they usaully last.

If you want to join, just put your name in the topic of the tournament, and then the organisor will let you in if there is still room.
Points are just the same as in normal games.
To add to that, all you win in a tournament for winning is a well-earned congratulations. Maybe bragging rights.

Some do but they should state it clearly in the tounry description.
For mine (see below) it is not required but non-premium members must have a space available in a few days of being informed of a game.
