"YOUR TURN!" bell

Concise description:

- In speed games, a bell would ring when it's someone turn (like in the live chat when someone posts something).
- (credit goes to perchorin for this one)
It should be possible for the user to turn this feature on and off;
some people might like it, others find it annoying.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

1- This would prevent people from unwillingly missing a turn, which means that:
- no one will be pissed off
- no one will be antagonized
2- I have to go to the fridge to grab another beer.

A bell in casual games is good too for "semi speed" games, where some turns are taken within 1/2-1 hour.
So we can still work on computer, and don't have to refresh the browser every time (as an example).

Audible sounds won't be integrated into the site (as they are tacky and lack doesn't like them). However it may be possible to get someone to write a script for you. I'll move this to the Tech Suggestions if you'd like.

I like something like this but personally I am not big on sounds. Possible to have something like the red warning count down = that appears in speed games when you are down to one minute ---- appear and flash on your screen, overriding anything you have on - , maybe for one or two seconds every 10 seconds?
