i've been playing since late june. :PP last year. it's awesome. world 6 is totally diff than what world 1 was when it first started. hehe, and still is. it's gone from tribal to medieval. u could stay. world 1 is quality. :) world 6 is not. world 1 is the one with vets. world 6 is for new guys. but good starting point, but world 1 and 6 are totally diff. i'd know, i'm on both worlds. i've played all 6 worlds there is. and world 1 and 2 are def the best. world 6 easiest to get nobles though lol. need help just mail protector_6 if ur on world 1, 2, or 6. if not i have friends on world 3, 4, and 5.

I played on two worlds for a while but it got too time demanding so I left w3 for w4 and it seems to be going well for us. Quite a few of my fellow xiGames members play TW as well as CC (plus a plethora of other online games) so it's a great community.

XIG is currently ranked 7th on w4, with sister tribes in the top 40. We lived through some wars with RO and O.E and KOWK on K56/K46. Those tribes are now just shells of their former selves; everybody either got rimmed or joined stronger tribes.

It's a bit quiet at the moment, maybe the calm before the storm? lol

not for meee.... World 1
RoBAC has disbanded, making TW, and TW2 the victors. my tribe, D.D.R (ranked 4 now) is in a huge war with the WL family (who we are killing)
World 2- Xig and family is battling, tw family, HOT family, STW family, RUM family, and some other family i think. with only 2 other families on our side. though XiG is number 1, and has other sister tribes in top 40. idk if we're winning, my continent we are winning though.
world 6-nothing's happening. too early. i'm slow grower, but once i get chuggin i'll start pwning. world 2, got rimmed twice before starting seriously lol. left world 3, 4 and now 5. world 5 is a joke though.

really? I wondered what world 5 was like; too many changes for me to have to get used to though. I like world 4; it goes at a good speed - not too fast and not too slow.

I was too n00b on w3, but I'm getting the hang of things on w4 and starting to expand. I love the game!

sry m8, but world 3 and world 4 are a joke. If ya talk to vets on other worlds many say world 4 is a joke. some say world 3. but my m8 cjb_ players on world 3 and he seems to think it owns. but world 5, too many bugs. world 1 has over 20,000 players on it lol. and world 6, god knows how many are playing lol.

That's fair enough, because I only got introduced to the game when there were only 3 worlds. It was too late for me to join a good tribe on w1 and w2 so I went to w3. Then I started on w4 when it arrived. w3 was already heavily at war so I went to w4 where I had a fresh start with everyone else who joined w4 from day 1 :)

I think I'll just stay on w4 and not join any other worlds. Too time consuming lol

The only advice I can offer is:

Join a good tribe as soon as you can. The resources that will be at your disposal through a good tribe will help you grow exponentially. They'll also provide support to you when times get tough.

You need to ask a tribesman or aristocrat to send you an invitation.

If you take a look at the map of your area where your village is, see what tribe has the strongest representation around your village. Check the tribe out by reading their profile and rank etc. If you like the tribe, you can send a message to one of their aristocrats for more information about the tribe or ask them if you can join them. Some of the more established tribes have a certain point prerequisite before they allow players to join (this is usually stated in their profile).
Most tribes just ask that you be an active player (login at least once a day).

Tribe profiles usually tell you who to contact if you wish to join their tribe, usually a Recruiter or similar person within the tribe.

RoBAC disbanded? I started W1 back in June, and joined up with RoBAC a couple months later. Best tribe I've ever been in. I quit a month or so before the TW war broke out, because it took up so much time to manage your villages. I was #1 in K56 though when I quit.

Oh yeah, D.D.R sucks, RoBAC kicked your asses in about a week and sent you to page 2 on the rankings for awhile. Good job keeping it together though and coming back, but man you guys were easy to beat.

W2 we are kicking xig and esl's arses lol i just took a xig village, he was like "if you dont watch out im gonna get my allies invovled and you wont be able to hit me" i was like "ok... we shall see" and i spent a month methodically sending crappy attacks, 4 or 5 swords and axes from my villages lol just sittin there biding my time, and his troops never changed then bam 7 k heavy cav not to mention another 10 k axe and 7 k swords all rammed up his arse.. and two days after i took his village i look around at his so called allies that he actually did have... they were all gone as well because of Hot lol... Xig has bitten way to much off for them to chew...
I am slowly going insane, thanks to Jay, Brandon (the douch tool) and sammy gags for his pic of bubba....

You are in which tribe? I just quit world 2 because it had nothing for me. I couldn't grow, because I got nobled somewhat early and was way behind everyone else.

yeah, i have just quit the other day. rank 900 in world 1, but gave my villages to a tribe member.

I somehow got into TW2, shockingly, because...

Xig - From June to August, then disbanded and merged with Lovely Peaceful Republic something-or-other...

Lovely Peaceful Republic something-or-other - From August to September, disbanded, merged with Britons...

Britons - From September to December, disbanded, merged with...

TW2 - From December to April.

And thats my story :P

I gave up cos I got bored with it, and the wars TW was declaring on everyone took too much time, so one by one a fellow TW2 member took my villages, the last one was just taken yesterday.

I was in Xig in W1, till they disbanded and merged with LPR, but then I didn't like LPR, so went to Londinium. I left to concentrate on W2 just as their war with Britions was starting, I understand they were later destroyed by TW.

In W2, was in Xig, helped build up the academy, left around the time of the ME merger, but kept an eyes on things since.

In W3, most sucessful world, was ranked in the top 50 for most of it, was in Xig2, but war with FTR, DR, HTW wrecked Xig, so I took over Xig2, and we were the only Xig tribe to survive. We changed to Dawn and later merged with D*D, only by then I had about 30 villages, and didn't have the time to mind them all so having handed over to the duke of D*D I bowed out.
