world war 3!!! [winner - subprime]

In this my second tournament i thought i would use the world shaped maps more as these are some of my favorites.

this is a 32 players 4 rounds in 4 player games.

[spoiler=round 1]round 1=planning
round 1 is where you are still planning how you will conquer the world so it is played on doodle earth.
settings:
auto, sequential, escalating, terminator, sunny, chained with no round limit so you get as long as you need to plan your attack[/spoiler]

[spoiler=round 2]round 2=practice
round 2 you decide to put your world conquering skills to the test by playing a board game so will be played on classic.
settings:
auto, sequential, escalating, terminator, sunny, unlimited with no round limit practice makes perfect[/spoiler]

[spoiler=round 3]round 3=world war 3
round 3 is where you put all your planning and practice into use in a real life game of war and so will be played on world 2.1.
settings:
auto, sequential, escalating, terminator, foggy, unlimited with no round limit to bring your war to an end[/spoiler]

[spoiler=final]final=aftermath
in the final you will be fighting all out so you have no regard for anything as a nuclear bomb has gone off and so will be played on extreme global warming to represent a nuclear warhead going off on the equator.
settings:
auto, sequential, nuclear, terminator, foggy, no round limit as you will all have radiation poisoning by the end anyway and in your last ditch attempt to conquer the world.[/spoiler]

all rounds will be played with points going to each player over 4 games the best two in the group move on and face there next opponents. at the beginning and after each round the players will be re-randomized and set to fight again.

in the event of a tie:(i know i forgot this and i realized but i was hoping it would not come to it):
