A minor infraction is something that can be fixed inside the game. Like let's say you double attack, but by not attacking your next turn things get fixed. A major infraction would be attacking 3 or 4 territories in a row, making very difficult to fix the game.

Experience says that sooner or later everybody makes minor infractions, and they get fixed with in-game actions and/or with minor point adjustments. Only when infractions are repeated again and again have been needed to take stronger actions.

Sorry but I don't think playing an AA tournament with fog is a good idea :(

I will probably post the player lists this Monday. In this list I will list all the players that have joined until now and their choices (or default choices if they have not specified any choice). For the moment we are 36 players. 28 more players and the winner of the 1st round will get a Premium Prize... ;)
