We had cold, wind, and rain last week, but this week? Nicest week ever! We didn't have a very good summer and they're saying we're going to have the worst winter in the country this year. They're predicting 20 more inches of snow than usual and below normal temps so we are just enjoying summer's last hurrah.
Dako wrote:Bah, we will have snow next month here most likely. Talking about winter, how about -20 Fahrenheit for a normal winter and -35 for a cold one?
Lol. I should know better than to complain about winter in a thread that a guy from Russia is frequenting. We certainly do see -20 ºF, and even -35 and colder (I remember -60, once), but certainly not on a regular basis. I bow to your heartiness, sir. Your blood must be as thick as molasses.
Depending where you go in Canada, some places will have some pretty damn low temperature. A normal winter would be between -20C and -30C, (in montreal) which is about -5F to -20F. So I'm sure if you go to the nothern parts of Canada, it will be the same as Russia
But I'll give it to you that Russia is the place where the lowest temperature was ever recorded. -67C if I remember properly (-90F)

Fortunately I don't live in a wilderness and it is known that cities emit a lot of heat. And I live in a big city :).
I'll review the answers and let you all know if any of you do not score. And I'll update the scores momentarily
Sully's Gameshow Extraordinaire is all about fun and enjoying yourself while playing. So, I will be giving out 10 points to each person who took part in the post-question conversation!
ricthefirst and jonty125 incorrectly answered ?25 and did not receive points for their answers.
ricthefirst's answer of Armenia, spiesr's answer of Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Dako's answer of Union of Comoros are all correct and will be receiving full points.
Also, Calidrmr receives 40 points for assisting me with a question.
