2v2 Conqueror of the Americas [abandoned]

Years of Economic crisis shattered the Americas forcing the increase of taxes that eventually began causing civil unrest. Finally Argentina revolts and the central government manages to only hold the capital, then brazil follows but the rebels flee into the amazon rainforest. After the rebellions of South America Quebec separates. This is the spark for massive civil unrest in the most powerful government in the world USA, a major protest starts in L.A that spreads throughout the west coast. To make matters worse a drought happens and the central states reject to give any surviving crops to anyone. Already pumped up on the protest the central government of the US overreacts and sends in the military to forcefully take the crops. Soon all of the Americas is out of control....
Who will win and take the United States Of America's spot of Global Dominance?

-this will be a 2v2 tournament however players without can still apply but can't specify a country
-the settings will be standard, auto, doubles and the team can choose the other settings
-all participants have to have 3 slots open at all times
-there will be a total of 32 players and 16 teams
-every player will have a country
-please specify the country you want (unless you don't have a teammate)
-the prize will be a short tourny with the winners of other "conqueror" tournaments

ROUND 1: Round Robin
-there will be 8 groups of 4 players each that will have a round robin
-each player will player another player TWICE
-each country will be asked to choose a home map from the options in each group (messages will be sent out when Part 1 starts)
-first and second players ranked in that group will advance into Part 2
-in an event of a tie there will be ONE tie breaker game played on the map "North America"
-there will be 1 point awarded for winning at a home map and 2 at an away map

-each participant will choose 1 preferred map of the Americas

GAME 1: winner of Group 1) and runner up of Group 3) will face in a best of 3 with 2 preferred americas maps and USA

GAME 2: winner of Group 3) and runner up of Group 1) will face in a best of 3 with 2 preferred americas maps and First Nations North America

GAME 3: winner of Group 2) and runner up of Group 4) will face in a best of 3 with 2 preferred americas maps and First Nations South America

GAME 4: winner of Group 4) and runner up of Group 2) will face in a best of 3 with 2 preferred americas maps and New World

ROUND 4: Semi Finals
-these games will be a best of 3
1. winner of Game 1 will play winner of Game 2 on the following 3 maps:
-America Civil War
-Rail USA
-Fractured America
2. winner of Game 3 will play winner of Game 4 on the following 3 maps
-First Nations Americas
-Arms Race
-Great Lakes

ROUND 5: Finals
-winner of 1 will face winner of 2 in 2 sets of a best of 3, the first set will be on the map North America and the second one the map South America
-in an event of a tie there will be a deciding battle on Doodle Earth
