They're not going to bust him for anything. They don't really moderate the chats unless it's racist.

The language could be noted. However, the real abuse seems to be his turns. They were playing RT at the beginning and now he is making a freemium player wait even though he's been online.
He even said in the chat that's what he was doing:

That is abuse and shouldn't be tolerated. Not only is it unfair to someone who is freemium, it is against the rules to miss turns on purpose. That should be looked at.

This is an empty complaint. No rules broken. That chat is allowed. It's a casual game. He has 24 hours and no turns have been missed.
I do think we may learn that Smassey is really someone else though.

Thanks guys for the input & looking further into his issues. I have also noticed that this guy doesn't chat in any of his games. Why did he choose to do so in JUST this game & that too in such a bad way? I am also wondering if there is a prejudice involved in some way, either towards race, religion or nationality. But I wouldn't know that for sure without a direct reference to that, so just curious.

Smassey actually made his/her move but the chat disappeared. I didn't know u can erase game chat like that..That is crazy but I am glad we have a few witnesses who saw all that before it got erased.

Oh never mind my last comment, I made Smassey my Foe like QoH suggested, so I can't see game chat from Smassey. I am glad in a way I don't have to keep seeing those hateful comments.

It looks like Smassey has removed any ratings given. I sent a PM explaining how the rating system works. I am going to note this report for future reference. I think it was due to not understanding the system.
