Do our armies start out in the countries with the token things? Or can we put them on any country we own?

can someone explain the attack process and how its done? and also, if all armies and fleets are the same, then how can someone conquer another?

There are a few territorries that I covered up with the units. Thier names are:

England:
Liverpool
Edinburgh

France:
Paris

Italy:
Roma
Venezia

to everywhere: can we only move armies to an adjecant place. Or can we move them 2 or 3 places if we own all of those places.
