armies on the large map are fine now. small map armies are all over the place so i am going to do those again.

as for the bordercheck, it doesn't load the application for me for some reason.

xml changes from v1.0 to v1.1:

- Fixed the fact that i missed a possible engine/steam combination in the XML
- Changed some territory names to fit their new names
- Changed the location of the armies to fit their new position
- Changed the Borders on some territories to match the new map.
- Reduced the bonus troops on Northeast and Northwest to fit the new map.
- deleted the redundant code
- Changed the location of the starting neutrals to fit the right places.
- Fixed several typos that would have caused errors.

Even if the tester says its OK, we can still make mistakes, so it takes a little while to get the xml through...even when Forza AZ was doing it.

True, but the tester doesn't see everything, like the bonuses you have on the map, do they match what you have in the XML? Also are all the territories on the map in the XML, the tester won't pick that up either. So this is why he goes over it with a fine tooth comb.
