Anyways, have fun with all the clans that you just called "level C"... your gonna be popular

you're...and I am not worried.
And it was fun and games the first 30 times....after that...well lets just say you are Carlos Guillen and I am Jared Weaver.

You are throwing at his clanmates' head because he hit a home run off of you?

"C level clans" was a term used a couple years back in one of the ranking systems. It broke them down into A level, B level, and C level. The C level clans were brand new and unproven, or around for a while but had poor to very poor clan challenge results.

I have no idea. But all new clans were put in that level because they were unproven. After 2 challenges, I believe, they moved up to B level where they belonged in the new group. The A clans I think were the top 10-12 clans. There were only about 30 clans at that time. It was easier to split up then.

Here's an example. T4C from around when they played TOFU would have been a C level clan. Even though they had 2 challenges, they were not very good. Since then, they have done well and would have moved up to a B level clan. Someone like BOFM or FOED who would have been at the top of B level 6 months ago would now, in my opinion, be in the A level. The Pack, I would think would be near the top of the B level right now, though they haven't beaten any top B level clans. A couple of those wins would put them in the A level. All this was at least 2 years ago though, so there is really no reason to be discussing it. Feel free to ignore LoVo like the rest of us do.

First Round Update including Naming and Shaming

Post by Teflon Kris »

Image

Most of the first round ties are up-and-running now - thanks to all for your co-operation so far.

Some games and thread updates are still outstanding and, as it has been some time, I will now name and shame those that are progressing a little slowly.

Failure to respond quickly will mean we will start imposing deadlines. Failure to then meet the deadlines will involve games being created randomly and invites sent to random members of clans concerned, or forfeits being awarded. Further action also includes a chilling ghostly experience where I send [player]IcePack[/player] and [player]jghost7[/player]after you. After that, it will be [player]BoganGod[/player]!

First Round Ties

KOA (Kill On Arrival) vs. DYN (Dynasty)
All team games have been created, joined and posted in the thread. =D>
    DYN have PM'd me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings. =D>
Outstanding: KOA have yet to send me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings.

MD (Manifest Destiny) vs. GR (Grim Reapers)
All team games have been created, joined and posted in the thread. =D>
    Both clans have PM'd me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings. =D>
Outstanding: 1 v 1 games to be joined and posted in the thread (to be fair I have only just sent invites).

RA (Risk Attackers) vs. AOD (Angels of Death)
All team games have been created (although RA games aren't labelled). RA home games posted in the thread.
Oustanding: team games to be joined. AOD home games to be posted in the thread.
    AOD have PM'd me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings.=D>
Outstanding: RA have yet to send me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings.
RA: [player]VioIet[/player] is on holiday and [player]gradybridges[/player] taking-over proceedings temporarily.

AFOS (A Fistful of Sixes) vs. AKA (Always Kicking A$$)
Most team games have been created, joined and posted in the thread. =D>
Outstanding: 1 AKA Home Doubles game is missing - to be created, joined & posted in the thread.
Both clans have PM'd me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings. Games have been joined. =D>
Outstanding: 1 v 1 games to be posted in the thread.

OSA (One Step Ahead) vs. PR (Pig Renters)
Team games have been created, joined and posted in the thread. =D>
Outstanding: Both clans to PM me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings ([player]benga[/player] (OSA) has asked for a few extra days which is fine).

TNC (The New Crusade) vs. LEG (Legion)
Team games have been created, joined and posted in the thread. =D>
1 v 1 games have been created, joined and posted in the thread. =D>
Well done to [player]chemefreak[/player] for a well organised thread. =D>

LOTZ (Legends of the Zone) vs. SOH (Spelunkers of Hell)
Team games have been created & joined. SOH home games posted in the thread. =D>
Outstanding: LOTZ Home games to be posted in the thread.
    LOTZ have PM'd me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings.=D>
Outstanding: SOH to PM me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings.

TFFS (The Fantastic Four-Skins) vs. BSS (Black Sheep Squadron)
Team games have been created, joined & posted in the thread. =D>
    TFFS have PM'd me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings.=D>
Outstanding: BSS to PM me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings.

TO (Team Ohio) vs. GG (1st Regiment of Foot Guards: Grenadier Guards)
Outstanding: Both clans to create, join and post team games.
Outstanding: Both clans to PM me their 1 v 1 players, maps & settings
TO: No response from [player]Victor Sullivan[/player]. Awaiting response from[player]The Bison King[/player]
GG: [player]General Brock II[/player] ready for action once TO come to life.

Many thanks to [player]IcePack[/player] and [player]jghost7[/player] who are helping me to keep on top of the clans in this tournament. =D> =D> =D>

I wish good luck to all clans involved ;)
it is good that every clan have chance to have more activity in official competitions, not only several top clans.
