I apologize for giving a map where everyone starts with 15 territories. I did intend for all of the maps to be 14. HRE has the same number of territories as the other maps, so I assumed it would be a 14 start as well. I'm checking the other maps to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Ok, Holy Roman Empire has been removed from future games, as well as Castle Lands (13 start). I've also removed Malta due to the high frequency of bonus drops.
