1. The British Empire was in no way a dictatorship. Britain has been a constitutional monarchy since the Bill of Rights in 1689, and although this didn't mean a sudden and drastic reduction in the power of the Monarch by the time of the British Empire proper that power had reduced very significantly in favour of a democratically elected government.
2. Look to Athens for the beginnings of democracy. Rome certainly espoused certain characteristics of the idealistic 'democracy' we envisage today, but it was no real development from the Athenian model (and indeed, application on a wider scale decreases true democracy in the sense that it is impossible for everyone to have a say, whereas democracy in a polis is more, though not entirely, representative).
3. Piracy = revolutions? What? All of this section is nonsensical.
4. America certainly didn't create the middle class. The significant development of a middle class is a widely debated topic among scholars (believe me, I've done a fair bit of research for university studies on this), but the Industrial Revolution is generally credited with cementing the middle class into the class structure of most European countries.
5. American intentions are far from noble. There must be a vested interest. A test case for this was Somalia. If you've ever seen the movie Black Hawk Down you'll know what I mean. This was probably the sole case of American intervention solely for moral means, and the American people reacted so vehemently after US casualties that Clinton withdrew his troops. EVERY other case of intervention has a motive which has America's best interests at heart, whether or not they have a moral excuse as well.

What the hell are you on about?
Pornography, i.e. the graphical or literal representation of sex, has been around forever. There are 'pornographic' cave paintings, the ancient Greeks painted pornographic pottery, there have been woodcuts, paintings etc. etc. all before the invention of mass printing.

Not sure what you mean with "not in the sense we think of today". One example would be Pietro Aretino's "Postures" (1524)....porn with poetry. Technology has changed porn, in this case it was the printing press...but even then it was nothing new. You think modern man was the only one interested in sex?

Well done for accepting criticism well. Again, however, you're wrong. Ancient Greece was never a united nation as we think of it today. It was, however, made up of numerous city states or Polis with differing amounts of power who were intertwined through alliances, trade, wars and religion. There were many different political ideologies present. The republic in the platonic sense (espoused in Plato's 'The Republic') was developed too late to have a drastic effect on Athenian politics, and I believe when some of Plato's political ideas were put into practice in Syracuse they weren't met with approval.

Another GOOD staement
"Maybe the most powerful" THE most powerful. What I can't stand is the comment you just made. I would do anything for anyone, regardless of ethnicity, culture and race. The problem I have is we, THE UNITED STATES render aid to EVERYONE and people that recieve the aid burn AMERICAN flags. If it wasn't for the friendly USA, people from around the world would be in dire straits. So listen pal, you may have had bad encounters with americans, but let me say this, most are good dignified souls. REMEMBER that when you trash people who take care of YOU!

It's happy to see that the best country in the world, which when I have the money I will move away from, is staggering in education levels, which is essentially directing the future state of the country.

Since the budget for education is being cut to make way for more elaborate military designs, kids are no longer learning about how the US goverment but more importantly how the tax process works. So to them tax is nothing more than money you HAVE to pay. No idea where it goes. In the future, even now, there are efforts to push flat tax because these guys have no idea how the current system works (or they're rich pricks who like their money so much they feel the urge to wrap it around their dick and beat themselves with it) or to lower taxes. Thus the education budget once again gets lowered, and the children have no idea what to learn.
Why the f*ck are we still teaching intelligent design?
