Our swedish opponents in game 32879 are taking their sweet time in joining the game.. When does walkover kick in? At this rate, we'll never finish the group-stages.

I wouldn't worry about it that much, they should join soon, there's only one missing. Group F is not the slowest group anyway... Group G is... but that's partially my fault I thought they had all the info when in fact they didn't.

And you might as well change the name to just South Africa - the replacement player is temporarily transfered to this nationality :)

Well I'm not going to make that decision. It's up to you guys, you can keep either player. Maybe one of them will be nice enough to step down, but if not I think you guys would be justified in keeping Patroclus given that you were left hanging like that.

is any one else having problems with the scoring. I klnow i am opening a pandoras box and leave my self wide open for ridicule however as my team mates will attest too. in the two game that we have completed it shows that i deadbeated in both games. niether game i wqas eliminated in and we won both games. in opne game it shows one from our side and one from theirs, in another it just shows our side.

if any one else is having this problem how do we get it fixed?

If you get eliminated before round 4, you're officially considered a deadbeat, an unfortunate consequence of the way the scoring system is done.

So whats happened to Acetone?

there must be a lot of americans that wanted in on this competition, try asking some of the 'I join' posts further back in the thread, but you should really try an apply some pressure to your existing team mate.

I'm lagging a day or two behind on website updates, and I'm not home yet, and have problems with ftping from my college computers so I can't update it here, but what will be announced is:

1) Acetone has been replaced wacicha on team USA 7.

2) All results posted in results thread since cahoots posted Game # 31403.

3) A bunch of deleted games should have new game numbers.

WEBSITE UPDATED some more. (I don't post every update here by the way, just when I want to bump the thread :P )

Group E is now finished. Congratulations to those who got through, and comiserations to those who didn't.

Did I spell both those "c" words wrong? oh well, on with the tourney.

5 group games still to start. If you're involved in one of them and don't know what's going on, pm me. Most likely it's your opponents' fault.

Your about a fortnight too late.

theres a link to a web page on the first post in this thread.

my advice would be to start looking for 2 other Mexicans during the next 3 years & 50 weeks and practice playing triple games.

the next CC world cup will have a qualifying round prior to the WC kicking off

and the CC CONCAF round won't be as easy for Mexico to get through as it is in the real world cup

good luck against Argentina - they look awesome
