Nice map.

Stuff to change:

1. Make the grid a lot lighter. Leave it there, just make it not as noticeable.

2. Make the Country bonuses smaller and put them in some kind of box.

3. Make it more exciting. All brown is kinda boring.

i really don't like this one. it has nothing to do with graphics but rather with playability.

23 territories. WTF the worst number ever.

umagine a 6 player game. each player starts with 3 (!!!) territories and 5 neutrals.

now imagine a triples game. the last player could easily get eliminated even before he gets a chance to do something.
so sorry but regarding the gameplay this map totally sucks.

you got 2 options.
1. abbandon the map
2. add surrounding coutries.

first, try to create minimum 33 terittory.
Neutral terittory i belive that is desert.
impasabile borders can bee rivers like tigris and euphrates.
Some extra bonuses can bee oil fields.
Dont lisen these guys who present politic insted games view of these map.

That's not true, "It's a Small World" is 18. Second worst. :)

Actually, in my opinion the bare minimum number for a map to be playable is 36, and I know there are others who think the same.

At a certain point, we're just making this the Middle East, which already has a map.

The names I guess are domestic ones.

English names can be seen here:

Finish your France map before you start another one. There is still so much work to do on that one that it's useless starting another one.

I see nothing wrong with exceptionally small maps.

The 'standard' game is 6 player classic. In that game everyone receives 7 countries at the start.

So for 3 player games why not have maps that only have 21 countries? I would suggest making it 24 total instead of 23 to limit neutrals, but then its fine. There is nothing wrong with small maps meant for small games. I wouldn't like to play them but I know many others would.

One concern- you already have France and CCduko on your plate right now. Aren't you getting into a bit too much at once?

actually 18 is better it divides by 2,3 and 6. and the max number of neutrals is 3 in a 5 players game.
while 23 is a prime number so regardless of the number of players you'll allways have neutrals, the most being 5 in a 6 player game.

anyway, for me, anything under 30 is not good.

yes however at the moment there is no option to limit the amount of players on a map and it may become silly however i hear what you are saying and it would be peoples choice whether to have a stupid 6player game on a map
