If there is a way to do a no-rules game but prevent the players from coordinating to keep them mostly in the dark about other's roles then it would be a pretty fun game.

I think the next experiment that wishes to give players more freedom still needs to establish some rules. More on that after this game is over.

Also I'm going to throw an FOS out ther on AdmiralGaal and evilchaos. Admiral you obviously didn't even bother to look in VS's other thread that I am sure is similar to this game, As for evil, dude, wtf? Seriously man you played in that game of craziness and you still follow these ideas like they are solid gold. That game had roles that weren't that uncommon, however it was the one shot abilities that made the game. What makes you think that can't happen here. I still fully disagree with as much power as you have all given Rod and truly hope it doesn't come back to bite us all in the butt. But, too late now. Rod knows I don't like how much power you have intrusted to him as I'm said so in multiple PM's. Nothing against him, I just don't trust the mod which he is aware.

One last PM to Rod as he asked nicely and honestly it seems like everyone is on board with this whole plan. Don't agree with it, but will go along.

Yep. I agree 100% with talapus. Not only is this a very lame way of going about a mafia game (I really don't like playing the system to win), we open ourselves up to get screwed by entrusting so much power with one person. And another thing, VS said "traditional (as in, all roles/powers you're familiar with)". It's the part in quotes that gets me. Its like he's implying traditional doesn't mean traditional in the sense of cop/doc/roleblock/vanilla etc but it can just mean roles we've previously seen. In fact, a death cult won one of VS's previous games. It's a role that's been seen before and I'm "familiar" with it.

But since everyone else is on board I'll send in my pm. And rod did ask nicely this time (instead of threatening a 5 minute ultimatum )

Two largest opposition to Rod's plan claimed at the same time regardless of their prior thoughts. Fakeclaims probably were sent out all at the same time. Did anyone else message you around this time Rod?
