It seems that way, but we can't know for sure... if Chapcrap doesn't know then i would think that Safari wouldn't have known either. So it's speculation til tomorrow at this point.

Soup that permanently made people voteless wouldn't balance well unless there was a wealth of power roles on town. Based on my own role, I know that this is not necessarily the case. I would assume it only lasts a single day until proven otherwise. Regardless, debate on this will get us nowhere.

Based on inactivity/lurking, I'm going to go ahead and Unvote Vote Kratos. He hasn't been posting much in here from the start. What's going on, buddy?

I'm pretty sure that the soup is only supposed to be doing this to me for one day. But if safari died the next night, then I'm not sure that I won't either. I think the soup just makes me voteless and stupid for a day. I do not think they are connected, but I also can't rule it out.

Well I went back through the thread and I didn't really see anything to make me change my mind. The soup issue is a possible waste of time but could be essential to figure out. Kratos is still at the top of my list of scum. Lala is up there too but (I might be biased on this part) I didn't really think his cop comment was worth 3 votes in and of itself and out of principle I will not vote him for that reason (I had similar thoughts with how tails laid out his claim but was unwilling to vote for either of them at least without a second opinion and was leaning slightly against it). / was fairly inactive but he is usually somewhat inactive and beyond that I didn't really see anything that really drew my attention to him as being scummy. Evilchaos and 40k still have dropped the most actual scum tells but I am a bit hesitant to vote for one of the main characters. Chap seems fairly town oriented from what I have seen and the attempts I've seen to make a case against him I don't really buy.

I pretty much agree with all of this at this stage in the game. If the soup kills players the next day then we have an issue on our hands that needs to be resolved very soon. Kratos though at this point in time strikes me as the best target however as he comes in and states he hasn't been that active and then posts twice about reading up and posting more in detail and not doing that at all. Honesely with everything discussion wise with the soup and the character alignment of the 4 boys you'd think to get a bit more out of him. It's like submarining but trying to post something of enough substance to look active while not coming up scummy. So, at the very least a some pressure wont hurt.

Unvote(If Needed)
Vote: Kratos

Okay guys, that's enough - let him claim at least before finishing him. Personally, I would also prefer to go after Lala, but it doesn't look like it will happen.
But... It was so artistically done.

Can you post a case against me? It would be interesting to see, and would allow me a chance to defend myself.

Vote Count (Sorry that it's been so long)
40kguy (1) - lalaland
lalaland (2) - Commander9, 40kguy
kratos (3) - evilchaos, strike wolf, Talapus (L-3)
With 10 alive, it takes 6 votes to lynch.

Also, I'll be out of town for up to the next week, and will have little or no internet access. I will try to stay active in the thread, but I apologize in advance if I don't. If something hasn't happened by next week, I'll be looking to set a deadline.

Ok, have been rereading, I'm trying to gradually get a read on everyone, tonight I reread on comm since he was the first on my mind for suspicion and first on the list front page.

Really there isn't much overtly suspicious to say actually, comm is as usual playing good so there isn't too much to answer for. Comm gives no indication of knowing about any soup, this is likely true regardless of if he's responsible for it or not, as it's rare for a mod to actually tell anyone what sort of flavor their actions come in.

The nature of what has transpired is still a bit of a mystery, for one the flavor of the two scenes doesn't seem to match, suggesting multiple killers, methods of killing, or people involved indirectly/directly, if this is indeed the evil Super Adventure Club-Vader Chef we have here it is likely that his actions are targeted at finding the children, thus an explanation for an otherwise marginally useful one way message system sent to variously aligned boys. It would also be more obvious why he would be so 100% certain that Cartman could not be a bomb (though to be fair, pretty much any experienced member could see that.)

The reason I piece together the multiple kills theory as important and try to establish a particular motive is because I'm starting to think the soup is worse than we thought, Safari, the previous eater of the soup has exploded (or caught on fire or something?) perhaps the soup acts as a extra powerful poisoner type role, slowly eating away at them, making them sicker and sicker until they blow up like in the "Spontaneous Combustion" episode, and today it was fed to one of the main boys, Kenny.

I will hold off on a vote for now since we are in the middle of something and I'm still reading up on everyone.

Chap has a point lala. It does seem that you are following the flow of the game a lot right now.

@evil: I'll try to put it together but making that case is honestly low priority right now as those statements are more expressing my frustration than intent to lynch at the current moment. If I don't get around to it, I'll show some reasons after the game is over.

Not only that - she mentions that she's afraid of a person being quickly hammered when he's L-3 and there aren't that many people in the game - even if there would be a speed hammer, we'd know who would be the next. What this is that she's trying to look pro-town and is now desperately trying to find any way to do that. My vote stays.

Sorry I've been so busy. Next week will be no better as I'll be counseling at my churches youth camp but as for a role claim I'm Nurse Gollum Town Doctor. After next week all the hectic craziness will be over and I can be more active

unvote the role is a bit small but the flavor kind of fits and unless something else comes up that changes the scenario I don't want to lynch a claimed doc.

Very, very small role... It's extremely hard to buy it, but if he's the doctor, it would be mad to lynch him.. Ugh...

Like I was saying earlier in the thread there is more than one reason to not want to draw attention to yourself unfortunately that combined with how busy I've been lately made me a prime inactive target. Sorry about that.

Vote Count (Sorry that it's been so long)
lalaland (3) - Commander9, 40kguy, chapcrap (L - 3)
kratos (2) - evilchaos, Talapus
With 10 alive, it takes 6 votes to lynch.

Deadline: Friday July 1st
Same as last time, the person with the most votes will be lynched. Ties will be broken randomly. If No Lynch has the most votes, then no one will be lynched. A Majority is NOT required for a lynch.

You have a vote? Curious... but I have to agree with the sentiment, we can't afford to lynch the wrong person because of a deadline, especially if they are a doc or something, we need to hurry this information along so there is no room for error. vote lala. Please explain your reasoning for worrying about a mafia quick-hammer?

Good catch though it appears to have been due to forgetfulness. Also did you forget Kratos claimed doc already? Well it's not impossible that they both claim doc but seems a bit unlikely.
