Jim's Tourney Series #8: Fighting the Fog (WINNER: CHAPCRAP)

So I came up with a new idea: How about a series of 64 tournaments, of varying format and on varying boards, each with a theme? The winner of each gets to participate in the GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP, a NCAA basketball style tournament, with predetermined settings for each matchup! Win more than one, find yourself on multiple bracket lines and more chances to win it all. The winner of tournament 1 will get first pick of the 64 slots, tournament 2 second pick, and so on. Some tournaments will have teams, some singles. Some have Fog related settings, some Spoils settings, some on certain boards, some on any board.

This tournament, the 8th in the series, is about fighting wars. In each round, you will fight an opponent in seven wars. Whoever wins four of the seven wars will be crowned the victor and advance. Lose four of seven wars, and you will surrender your way out of the tournament. Since these are wars, Fog of War will always be in effect. The player trailing going into any match within a best of seven may alter one setting of their choice from the default (listed below), but FOG must stay on. To do so, please post it in the game chat of the previous game as soon as (or before) it is finished. The default progression of a series is as follows (order of settings is deploy, turns, cards (N=Nuclear, O=No Cards), reinforcements, fog):

1 - Peloponnesian War, ASEUF
2 - Feudal War, ASECF
3 - 13 Colonies, ASEAF
4 - Texan Wars, ASFCF
5 - American Civil War, ASECF
6 - Operation Drug War, ASNUF
7 - Lunar War, ASNUF

Win five best of seven series to be crowned the champ and get a spot in the Grand Finale.
