setting please. its a conquest map, and you dont want to block your bases.

Settings and type of game are very important as the strategy changes depending on if its a team game 1 on 1 or grand melee.

essentially its a race to the pole. Like Sir Sebstar said it is important not to block your base so some bases are better than others. The bases that are linked to ice shelves allow you to build a stack in your base and get territories for the bonuses while most bases only have one out, these linked bases have two and in one case 3 outs.

Some think it best to get lots of territories to build your bonus while others like to build and wait to go straight for the center. Both can work but how well depends on the game settings.

Im playing the map on 2vs2 doubles chained flat rate sunny. I've also got a couple of 4 player single games going.
