Similar to arms race but more like a sequel. Players need to achieve the major space race milestones (first satillite, first man in space, first orbit, ect.) with the final objective of capturing the moon.
Unfortunately, I don't play a whole lot of arms race to be able to design it... but the thought just came to me and maybe someone can run with it.

would there still be geographical parts similar to space race with usa and ussr? or maybe a general geographic area?
