Re: Mothers Day
I'm thinking about gifting my dearly cherished mom a lavish object that she'll remember forevah! Perhaps some Reese's peanut butter cups, or a teddy bear equipped with Vancouver Canucks jersey... she doesn't like hockey.

i have no idea what is going on in here, but i assume it is about mommy day, which is not until sunday... guess someone had to get the jump on the thread... however, thanks for the reminder, time to hit the nursery and get some kick ass plants and maybe some citrus trees for the ol' mommy garden...-the black jesus

Mothers Day was back on the 3rd April for us but I forgot the world revolves around America.

Re: Mothers Day
It's like this.
Person x purchases said petri dish. Person x makes mid-isle impulse purchase, The Land Before Time for $4.88 quickly justified due to recent advances in blu-ray technologies. Person x calls voicemail and triple checks to confirm that nobody has called them for some kinda crazy night out. Person x hears only the automated voice of the phone. Person x's mind and emotional element are profoundly influenced and co-ordination is interfered with, causing erratic, contradictory, paradoxical mental and physical effects which change rapidly and are opposite to each other. Person x cries. Person x puts in The Land Before Time and grows an instant connection with the character Petrie. Person x decide to name said petri dish,"Petrie". Person x continues about with necessary experimentation to make synopsis more concrete. Person x grows a colony of bacteria inside of said petri named Petrie. Person x grows an extremely dark and sordid obsession with experiment. Person x no longer thinks about own mother. Person x successfully transplants portions of colony into empty petri dishes forgotten about inside the petri dish-washer. Person x looks at the Julian date and has a brilliant idea. Person x holds a Mother's Day party for Petrie. Person w, y and z express their combined frustration's of wasted money spent on gifts for a f*cking petri dish.

After aon has sex he brutally murders his partner with a rusty spoon and then bakes cupcakes flavored with the brains of his victims.

My husband treated me to a homemade breakfast and then a lovely high tea in the afternoon. Looking forward to when I start getting gifts from the little ones. I hear you always remember your first macaroni picture frame. Spray painted gold, of course.
My brother took our mom out for Mexican food and they got silly over margaritas. So all in all a good day was had by all.

Re: Mothers Day
so squishy, you too are on the hate blitz bandwagon. Im disappointed.
you as a mod should know how many conquerors have cheated FAR WORSE than blitz.
I have played 7000+ fucking games on cc, against ALL OF YOU. BLitz and his quad boys were the ONLY ones that I entered a game against thinking "shit, We are not gonna win this unless blitz plays in traffic and dies"
The guys is pretty much the pinnicle of great CC play and great posting. He logged in and screwed up on other accounts.... guess what.. we all have.
he did not become conqueror by doing this...
he became conquereor by being cheap like all the other conquerors..
you ppl are sad.
happy mothersday, and im disappointed in you.
ps. Who here would go against blitz in a 2 by 2 random map? none of you rank whores... i would, but none of you.
keep casting stones bastards, you showyour mettle/.

Is that an excerpt from an old Reader's Digest? It came off about as scripted or rehearsed as a Presidential speech. I also picked up on a slight twinge of self entitlement from it's original author. You know plagiarism can be and has been a punishable offense squish. I'm not asking you, I'm telling you.
