I'd say the Regions bonus box needs some work more than anything. I don't really like the border around it, not sure what else can be done.

Update throughout the thread, whenever there is a new one, post it on the latest page. It makes it much easier to follow for everyone.

I'm afraid I agree with KEYOGI and Wisse. Look at the south border of Var, or the west border of Landes, or both north borders of Rennes. Others too, they vary greatly in thickness, it almost looks like you drew them with a pencil.

-I understand why you put corse in a box...but I think I would take the box out.
-Id keep up the work on the mountains, maybe give them some shading or variety, I dont like the 'stamped' on look that many people use for mountains. or talk to keyogi, the mountain master.
-Id lower the white border blur around the country
-maybe give the ocean a little more texture

a few ideas..

I think I prefer Corse in the square inset as geographically it is not in that location. So bring it back please. :)

That "corse" really annoys me, is there any way it can be made to sit the right way up?

Your map is way too bright/strongly coloured totally doesn't fit in with my conception of France, except as the place that has eurodisney.
