no wonder that CoF came here bitching, it seeems like his mainly preoccupation in life is how to screw KORT in any possible way  =D>

I haven't come here bitching (what am I bitching about?). All I did was make an observation that lopsided dice now seem to figure in games far more than they ever did, so how is that screwing CORT? Even niMic agreed his games had had peculiar dice.

Love the way you applaud your own comment btw, even when it's inane.

in other words: CoF is loosing a lot of games recently, and it is known that he can loose his games only with bad dices because he plays so awesome

Hmmm, let's see:

i) More points than josko? Check
ii) Don't win games or tournies on a technicality? Check
iii) Don't go posting my personal results in public to show my awesomeness? Check

How do you fare on the above meter rita josko

I spent some time thinking on the tone I'd use on my post (this one) about the recent dice drama, but instead I'll just commend Josko's/KP's colossal luck on winning Waterloo doubles.

Thank you guys for bringing this one home! I bet you couldn't have done it without the 4-leaf clover, horseshoe and rabbit's foot I've mailed you last month!

nikola_milicki wrote:this is prolly the 'diceyest' challenge Ive played.. think it beats nemesis challenge easy

and ofc another brick that prolly killed me just a few minutes after this post.. this is just ridiculous and no fun what so ever, I played like 15-16 games and can think of maybe 2-3 decent fights which werent pretty much decided after first couple rounds, too bad a bigger number of those didnt end good for my clan..

very nice sportmanship nikola. it seems like THOTA had great dices in 12 previous challenges, as they won it all

one example how THOTA react when others mention their good dices: Game 7624381
2010-09-18 00:43:01 - jackal31: and there you have it.....THOTA is lucky and not skilled.....straight from the horses mouth....
2010-09-18 02:00:05 - nikola_milicki: do urself a favor and stop writing, makes u look pathetic..
so maybe nikola, listen to your advice and stop writing, as it makes you look pathetic.

nobody from KORT ever mentioned the worse number of starts ever (37-23 for THOTA in the first starts). I would very like to change so huge leading in the first starts for some bad dices in some games. the worst of all, dices were not in KORT favor. many games were decided by getting extraordinary dices for THOTA in later rounds when they needed it the most.

so gracious when winning, so poor when loosing. congrats nikola =D>

u are a fucking moron and u can stick ur sportsmanship where sun dont shine! there, now u got something to write about in ur next post..

I almost didnt even write it cuz I knew u would post something like this, nobody else but u.. so what exactly was not 'sportsmanship' about my post? Im just going through games I played in and commenting what I see, how is that bitching?

also we had first two rounds finishing with 13-7 results, how da f*ck is that not dicey in a challenge with two strong clans?? I would never expect thota win any round against kort with such a difference, and theres no clan who can do it to thota without some serious dice bs..

So what you're saying is that you're definitely not bitching about the dice, but the dice are definitely to blame?

Seems reasonable.

Well ofc not... Winning a tournament is where dice and skill meet in the same place. At least in a 1 vs 1. All the skill in the world will not win you any games if you roll 0-4 every time.

Nikola, Joško, why don't the two of you just go grab a cup of coffee and settle the issue in person? You can't be more than a 100 miles from one another :)

Prague was a lot nicer before all the stag-dos (bachelor parties) showed up there but with beer at that price, no surprise.

One of my favourite cities in Europe still.

So does Carlsberg, though you normally regret it the next morning when you see what's lying next to you.

You know, I just read a book about Prague for one of my classes.

Under a Cruel Star: A Life in Prague 1941-1968 by Heda Margolius Kovaly

FANTASTIC book. Heda and her husband were concentration camp survivors... but the horrors of communist Prague were just as bad. Heda's husband was one of 14 men targeted in the notorious "Slansky" show trials of '52. He was tortured to force a confession and eventually executed.

Not a happy book... but riveting nonetheless and historically significant.

Prague was not a nice place to live for many, many years.

Oh, I know a lot about such camps and how they were. Our history was grim as well.

As for Prague - I prefer to drink white beer, but I will knock down 1 staropramen for you.
