I was going to ask the same thing, since I simply don't like to use clickies...so all that stuff on the screen is just clutter for me.
You can't turn off clicking on the map, but you can turn off all the map indicators (Game Settings Page) and just use the Action Panel Drop Downs like we used for years.

It should be functional with Mac. If you don't have a mouse with a right button, you can "CTRL Key + Click: You can always use CTRL-click instead of the right mouse button."

Re: Clickable Maps
Thanks a bunch... I just took a turn in a tourney game on Iraq, cashing in my escalating spoils and was going to deploy on Salahaddan. Then suddenly they were put on my team mate's Baathist loyalty, not much point in 26 troops on a spot you can't move out of. We are leading big, but if this screws up the win...

same thing happening to me. tres annoying.
did it cost you a game?
Same thing happened to me, and mine was a clan game against IA. It will likely cost us the game unless their dice completely shit out on them. I'm F-ing pissed. The add-on was easy enough to get. This was unnecessary.

Re: Clickable Maps
Running fully updated (and restarted) Firefox on Mac with OS X 10.5.8. Using greasemonkey, but no clickable maps script.
The interface works intermittently, and I have now lost the troop numbers in the drop down boxes, only for the country I am attacking INTO.
*EDIT: I have also lost the coloration of the territories in the drop down menu, which I think is a BOB function.
Also it would be nice if you could click on the actual territory and not that tiny, tiny space in between the two boxes.
Don't really use clickies anyways, so I am certainly not upset, but thought a bug report might be helpful. It is wonderful to see this site receiving new programing and features!

Really. CHEERS! Just took my round of turns and had only one mistaken reinforcement, which is in fact quite good by my standards.

Currently the headline reads:
"There is a new way to play - by clicking on the map. Read all about it here!"
Please add the following to it:
"Your turn will be fucked up if you don't update Greasemonkey"
I know this would have helped me.

Re: Clickable Maps
well, i, for one, have nothing but complaints about this stupid automatic clickie crap you forced upon us ... my clickable maps worked just fine before and now i have problems forting, deploying, and attacking ... i want my old clickies back .. how do i turn off your homemade crap? ... BOB's clickies are so much more functional and user friendly ... why do you guys have to ruin a good thing everytime without giving us notice and explaining why and how ...
i tried for five minutes to fort from feudal empire castle to feudal empire 3 and everytime it says "feudal empire 3 doesnt fort to feudal empire 3" ... even though i would click feudal castle and the drop down menu would acknowledge feudal castle, when i tried to actually click feudal 3 it thought i was trying to fort to and from the same terit ....
i tried deploying 1 army on a terit in australia and it dropped all 3 there ... thats a HUGE mistake .. and then i tried to attack the terit to the north of my misdrop 5v7 and the dice came back with a 4v1 roll ... only 1 defenders die ... and i lost the roll ... so now i have 1 less army and havent even attacked the terit i wanted to attack ...
you need to fix this problem and/or allow us (the players) a choice to turn your stupid clickies off and use our other options
seriously? ... you should send out pms to all players when making that critical of a change that automatically overrides our existing playing environment and has different instructions on how to use it than what we are used to ... it shouldnt be our (the players) obligation to go and search thru forums everytime we take a turn to try and figure out what has changed and why you changed it ... im furious ... i take all my games and turns very seriously ... and this is complete bullsh*t
since we are paying customers, you should treat us as your number one priority ... the customer is always right ... at least in america its supposed to work that way ... not sure how you canadiens do it ... since you moved your home base to canada to avoid copyright infringement laws here in the USA ...
FIGURE IT OUT AND GIVE US AN OPTION TO TURN YOUR CRAPPY VERSION OFF, so us veterans can continue playing our old games ... we dont need all these unnecessary updates ... i mean, it has taken you guys over 3 or 4 years to figure out how to run clickable maps while most people have been using it all the while ...why change it now? and how come you geniuses couldnt adapt it until now ... 4 years? .. really ... its a simple program ... and it doesnt even work properly after waiting 4 years ... holy smokes batman,

Re: Clickable Maps
great update!
did notice one thing, not sure how much it matters, but the attack square and the assault box do not match. (The square is around Itheria and the assault box is showing Tuskaroja) I saw this on all the games I've played so far and I have updated my GM clickies:
