Welcome to The Diplomats.

This will be a social user group for players who enjoy using diplomacy as a strategy. Playing large map multi player games, with no spoils or flat rate cards. Setting up alliances and armistices, and knowing when to break them will be the main focus of games. I realize that there are a lot of people on this site that are against diplomacy in games, and some that play esc games exclusively to avoid it, not us! This group will be where those of us with a silver tongued can manipulate and deceive others to obtain victory, in an encouraging environment.

I'm in man but here's a question.. why not nukes as well? It's very possible to be a diplomat with nukes

I'm in. Not a big fan of no spoils or nuke, but I love a good flat rate game on Third Crusade using diplomacy...it makes for a great game.

The issue I see with nukes is the bombing of stacks, although we shouldnt rule it out all together.

I also assume we will be playing multi-team dubs games as well as larger standard games? Since dubs games require communication, and multi team dubs games can very well include diplomacy

no, I just posted cause I thought it was funny, good timing . I don't like diplomacy, and I hate stalemates, I know this isn't the group for me

You should invite [player]Williams5232[/player]. He's big on this type of game. I, on the other hand, seem to piss everyone off and get eliminated early and often.
