I figured out the issue--I can now only send to a list of 1000 players--so in alphabetical order--all players after 1000 did not get the first pm. Now that I know I just have to break the list up and send it out a few times--I was going nuts figuring out why so many people did not receive the pm.

Yes, this limit was introduced to reduce spam/mayhem like we saw earlier related to this tournament. It's a bit odd that the admins didn't at least PM you to let you know of this change, as you are one of the few people (right now) who would need such an enormous list.

I figured it out--no biggie--I think it could even be lower. It sucks that a mistake was turned into spam mayhem, but this is still a good idea. As soon as I went to my sent mail and saw that the last player on the pm was in the 1000th spot I knew that is what had happened.

I have only heard back from three of the players that get to choose maps--I am sure some of them have posted in the thread. I really have to do map requests through pm--just too much time trying to search their posts and make the games.

Since I am only making 50-100 games to start with for each name drawn I am sending a pm to the next ten on the list who are:

Dapp69er
BenN7
MoreTeaVicar
MostMackinest
Gromph
RazorHawk
GreenBaize
Aceshigh441
Dijxtra
Bobbynolan

9:02 2/17--Instructions have been sent out--if you did not get instructions please post in this thread and I will send a private message and wall you--make sure you are a remaining player in the tourney.

Why are some games reserved?
Only I can reserve a game:

1. They were picked to choose maps and settings so I reserved on game for them
2. The responded to open map choice as posted on the thread --so I reserved them one spot.
3. It is an announced bounty game

You can give me suggestions by pm when I am making games--I will post in the top of the thread when this is. Probably tomorrow afternoon sometime. I won't be making any games until then. I blieve there are over 25 different choices so far this round. Then there is random--u never know what u will get.

Bounties are announced on page one--twitter and/or facebook from time to time. Stay tuned to the thread or one of those places.

I have also started a lottery by using random.org and may even do some form of trivia or guessing of numbers for others--either way--it will all be announced on page one--twitter and/or facebook from time to time.

I don't get why you make it so difficult for yourself by waiting to hear back from players who get to choose maps (and just why do they get to choose maps)? Why not simply create 20 games per map across all CC maps (varied settings). Save you a lot of hassle and you'll see the games get filled a darn sight quicker than in Round 1 where hundreds of games just lapsed.

For clarification with 3 wins and 0 losses

Also--I am not really waiting for players to send the maps and settings--they were drawn in the lottery--if they sent them I made them as I was playing cc--I keep a few tabs open at all times. On live requests--I am just doing it to throw a twist in things. Basically I could just make classic, random and arms race, and players choice from the names drawn, but I kind of have fun with the requests. I have also made a few of a lot of popular maps--not everyone will get what they want but that is part of playing in a tourney-- No skin off my back though--and by the way--looking at putting a bounty on you one of these rounds--pm me with map and settings if interested. It is just for fun for you but it is fun

Everyone else--for the next two hours you can send requests

I am bored so I am doing another bounty--here is the twist--you can get in by figuring out the passcode by yourself or guessing a number between 1 and 50. The person who guesses the number first gets the invitation to the games if someone did not figure out the pass code--yea try figuring it out--lol--so post reply in the thread with a number between 1-50. You get one guess only--go post--I am waiting.
