Comments:
Throughought the entire game, raytheruler has never taken a territory from brandt, despite the latter having multiple 1-troop territories neighboring with raytheruler's at multiple times before and now.
Likewise, brandt has not attacked any desert/oasis areas controlled by raytheruler, despite some of them being barely defended at all, and well within brandt's ability to take.

My first suspicion was that they were multis, but after checking their histories this is the first game between both, and their activity times differ far more than I'd expect of multis.
As such, given the observations explained earlier, I accuse raytheruler and brandt of conducting secret diplomacy.

We definitely need more than just this. Green is probably after Oasis territories to get more bonus troops. I assume he will be after the other Oasis regions to conquer rather than get out of the Desert as this is where victory can be achieved for this map. Yellow, finally realizing that his opponents are concentrated inside the desert, finally takes an Oasis region. Most likely, he will go to regions where there are 1's on it. As you also said, this is their first game played together and circumstances are just where they were led to right now. I am sure if yellow started to establish his conquered areas on the upper left side of the map, he would have gone around, up the upper right side of the map to conquer all the regions outside the desert and then take it from there. This is cleared.
