Jules Verne was a French Breton author who, pioneered the science-fiction genre. He is best known for novels such as Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea (1870), A Journey to the Center of the Earth (1864), and Around the World in Eighty Days (1873). Verne wrote about space, air, and underwater travel before air travel and practical, submarines were invented, and before practical means of space travel had been devised. He is the third most translated individual author in the world, according to Index Translationum. Verne, along with Hugo Gernsback and H. G. In his first Verne novel in which he perfected the "ingredients" of his later work, skillfully mixing a plot full of adventure and twists that hold the reader's interest with passages of technical, geographic, and historic description. The book gives readers a glimpse of the exploration of Africa, which was still not completely known to Europeans of the time, with explorers traveling all over the continent in search of its secrets. Written in 1863 but first published only in 1994, about a young man who lives in a technologically advanced, but culturally backwards future. Often referred to as Verne's lost novel, the work, set in August 1960, paints a grim, dystopian view of the future. Many of Verne's predictions are remarkably on target. His publisher, Pierre-Jules Hetzel, did not release the book because he thought it was too unbelievable and inferior to his previous work, Five Weeks in a Balloon.(Source : wikipedia)

Moved by the children's condition, Lord and Lady Glenarvan decide to launch a rescue expedition. The main difficulty is that the coordinates of the wreckage are mostly erased, and only the latitude (37 degrees) is known; thus, the expedition would have to circumnavigate the 37th parallel south. Remaining clues consist of a few words in three languages. They are re-interpreted several times throughout the novel to make various destinations seem likely.(Source : wikipedia)

I'm trying to found another one year premium for any team who can reach all the 31 objectives of the tourney. DONE!!!

NEW!!! One year premium will be split in 3 month premium for each player composing the winner team.

Like in the original RISK version, this tourney has been set with new objectives to give a new look on CC maps.
Those objectives, different on each map, must be hold for one, two or three rounds in a row. Remember it's entire round so every player must play his round before gaining any bonus. Also remember that bonuses are reachable only with a minimum number of player still playing the game (not eliminated). It's too easy to reach some of the objectives just before killing the last opponent. ;)

HOW TO CLAIM A BONUS?

As CC isn't set for my special objectives, once you are sure u gained a bonus and hold it long enough to gain +10 pts, let a message into game chat informing your opponents that you reach the objectif and telling them wich rounds. If every player agree, you gain the bonus.

Also leave a reply in the tournament forum with :
    Game number
    Map and objectif reach
Number of players left in game
Do they agreed your bonus? Y / N
We could check in game log once game is ended if objectif has been held normally in case any player disagree.

RULES IN CASE OF TIE BEETWEEN TWO OR MORE PLAYERS
ACT II and ACT III single
First tie breaker will be number of special objectives get.
Second will be a single match on CLASSIC with usual settings of the tourney. In case of tie beetween many players, CLASSIC can be played up to 8 players.

ACT III TEAM
In case of tie beetween two team, tie breaker will be one double, one triple and one quad on CLASSIC, best of three.
