Can someone train me?

Post by MasterZ »

Can one of you more experienced players on CC train me in a team game? I have more to learn about the strategies used here, and I want a good friend I can play team games with :)

Capt Killroy, you are a private after 359 games and you are going teach this guy how to win? Please explain that.

Shut up. It's experience that counts and 359 games is a good amount of experience. Many of my games are lost to evil dice.

Okay, Capt Killroy and I will play you and Whiteberry to a little match. Is Mid East, Sequential, Flat Rate, Unlimited okay?

Yes, you're right. He has a lot of experience......... at losing. But I don't think this is what the original poster is looking for.

Look at his games. He plays with some very high rated people. You should take 2 things from this.

1. They trust his abilities and are in a much better position to judge his skill than you are.

2. Because of how the team scoring system works, all teammates gain or lose the same amount based on average score. Playing with higher rated people means he gains fewer points for wins and loses more points for losses. That's why he doesn't have more points.

Go ahead, take Caleb's challenge. It will be a learning experience, just not the one you were looking for.

Yes, you(dcowboys055) and Whiteberry vs me(caleb the Cruel) and Capt Killroy in a Doubles, Mid East, Sequential, Flat Rate, Unlimited game. I'll make the game an pm you two when Capt Killroy has joined on my side.

Emmit Smith is not by any means the best running back of all time. maybe for the cowboys. i wouldnt even put him in my top five. he wasnt that good. have you ever looked at his career stats and compared them with ladanian thomlinson, barry sanders, frank gore etc... i have! and just to clarify barry sanders is the greatest of all time until gore takes his spot. barry sanders had one of the worst lines to run behind too!!! emmit had everything, even a good recieving corps and quarterback so defenses couldnt just focus on him like they did with barry sanders. emmit smith is WWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY over rated.

It's too bad that Barry Sanders wasn't on a better team than Detroit. I can only imagine how good he would have done if he had a decent team to play on. I used to love to watch his games because of his unmatched talent. He was amazing.

barry sanders

Post by fish061 »

priest holmes had one good year. barry sanders was by far the best running back i mean it took emmit 2 or 3 more years after barry retired for him to catch barry.

barry sanders

Post by reptile »

ok, look at edgarin james, he was the shit with indianapolis... because of the line and defenses couldnt focus on him because of the passng game. but now look at him, did absolutely nothing. just as emmit would have done with the lions team that barry sanders had to play with

i know this is for our man trying to get someone to train him, but i had to add my part. barry sanders was phenomenal. i loved to watch him eat up my bears. but you guys are forgetting two amazing running backs before barry. walter "sweetness" payton and jim brown are the 2 greatest running backs in nfl history with barry a very close 3rd. as of right now emmitt is in the top five. yes he had good players around him, but he put up great numbers.

oh, and if you want to play some dubs drop me a line masterz.
