LOL. To the contrary I would say. First time anyone so royally screwed up this kind of challenge.

LOL. Might be the 1st time the losses were to this degree but it is also the 1st time this number of games were involved with so few sitters.

well he did have some sitters i know of 3 so far.

aog
lfaw
joshyboy.

and i think there was a few more that i have heard of. As to the point of should the players that gained be punished no they should not. they joined these games to help him break a record, there was a thread and if you notice he did not start missing any turns till he had broke the record. So nobody expected this to happen.

That's actually the problem, in my opinion - now that he's a cook-almost-zero-points, he IS taking his turns.

I don't believe that is the case at all, no. I believe one can be in the Guests user group and still be able to play games. I seem to recall someone being forum-banned, which put them in the Guests user group, but still playing games.

Do you consider 300+ multis to be innocuous? That is his own claim, whether it's true or not.

Go to his profile. In his signature, click on the link that says "click that picture" or something like that. He's essentially declaring it while simultaneously attempting to stuff it in Andy's face.

I don't think thats what it means woodruff.

It looks like he is stating how many freemiuns it would take to play all the games he started for this challenge, and how much money the site would have got if they all went premium.

I would suggest they change his password for a few days, but let AOG have it for his team games only.

Once all the games have washed through, put in a points reset to 1000 points so the first few players he takes on don't get shafted by a low-points cook.

This would actually be pretty lenient when some would like him banned. On the face of it, it looks like his intention was to make a big noise to annoy the mods (there was no effort to break the record and I don't buy the BS about car crashes or the cat eating his laptop or whatever it was) as per the events below:

Thursday night / Friday - joins 1000 games; takes a few turns in games where he has a good drop but gets nowhere near through his backlog.
Saturday - misses the vast majority of games, but still manages to take 2nd turns in a few games and manages to join another 300 as well as posting in the forums.
Sunday and Monday - takes no turns until he is a cook with a 30 score
Monday night - starts taking turns in (all?) games again

At the moment there seem to be a handful of people who have stated on his wall or in threads that they have taken some turns 'to help out', but no-one is declaring in game chat. There is some doubt that all this lies at herkman's door as some of his forum activity could have been sitters.

We're at a stage where no individual opponent will pick up significant points from the guy, but counterwise some could lose a chunk where he (or somebody) was taking turns in selective games on days 1 and 2 and is back taking turns now.

Removing his access until he has a clean slate would just allow the issues to wash out without aggrieving anyone further. After a reset its up to him if he wants to play with some dignity in future.

That's a possibility, so let's examine it for a moment. If what you say is true, then what is the logic behind "if they all went premium"? How is the number of premiums necessary to play those games relevant to the money the site would make from that number of freemiums going to premium? Particularly given his statement that "x is money that CC will never get". Along with that, how would that be relevant to the two statements directly against Andy?

What's the rationale for him to tie all of those together, if not also stuffing the fact that he has that many multis into Andy's face?
