Although I mentioned this a long time ago and nothing was done about it, I still think it's worth bringing attention to the imbalance of the portal locations in the LoW & THOTA regions.

Whilst all others are three steps away from a Landing Point, those in LoW & THOTA are just two steps away. In any game with adjacent forts this immediately becomes a huge advantage to whoever holds LoW and/or THOTA LPs as the autodeploy can simply be moved right next to the portal. All the other territories meanwhile have to take that extra step to get adjacent to a portal, thus they will end up with mini stacks midway between LP & portal and on the LP itself with the autodeploy.

Why create a game like this with an advantage to a player on the drop? It makes no sense when the LoW portal can easily be sited on LoW06 and the THOTA portal on THOTA04, thus creating a fair playing field.

I've answered that in pg 66

Kabanellas wrote:Blitz never intended for this map to be symmetrical, which is great to me. On that perspective you can find that some starting points will not be exactly like others.

This is nothing new here in CC anyway; you can find it in a largely accentuated form in the New World map and its starting positions; or in Feudal War (or Epic) where Castles don’t distance equally from each other or from villages; or even in Age of Realms.

Blitz you should take XML out of the title because you weren't given the stamp yet.

Who does give the XML stamp? I do recall TBK and I waiting a long time for that one because the stamper thought we already had it, so that mixup in the title might cause a similar holdup here. A polite and gentle PM inquiry might be permissible, just to make sure everyone is on the same page.

It seems to me as a player that the map is ready for Beta.

BUT I do have one comment. Where is my clan on the map?

THE LAST WARRIORS are missing.
