I am going to clear these 2 of being a multi.
I shall note them to their records though. Whilst in the game you are with. I think it simply is a case of them mistaking the same settings but in a team game.
As for the 1v1s I believe they are competing against each other to 100% of their ability.
Having said that.. I shall keep it on record just in case they prove me wrong later down the line
