The way I have worked around this is to focus on being the defender, rather than the attacker.
The best thing you can do to work with crappy dice is to defend your territories by putting 2 or 3 armies in each region, this way the odds work better for you when your under attack.
Also another good stratagy is to build up your armies and let everyone beat the crap out of each other and then go in for the kill when everyone is weak!

Thanks genius! I never really thought of that strategy before. Having been here for 4 years and played enough games, I think I know a little something about strategy. And how to capitalize on mistakes my opponent makes. And that leads back to my original premise: I have a VERY large stack, and I cant defeat a single (F***ING) army, then my opponent should win by playing like a complete moron? So in your argument, he defended with a 1. That was okay though, because he was counting on that 1 to beat up my 20 that came at it.

This is factually incorrect. If the dice are bad for you, playing defense IS the key. Give those "crappy offensive dice" to the next poor sap. If that next guy has great dice, then you would have had great dice - it is unavoidable.

Perception is a very large part of reality after all, and my perception is that I get shit dice constantly and consistently, so someone must be pulling the great strings out of the 50000, while I miss them everytime.

The statistics of the numbers 1-6 and them showing up on the offensive three dice or the defensive two dice (with ties) would not be altered in the slightest by this, I don't believe.

I couldn't agree more with your good points made and I am just as frustrated as you on the god damned dice engine and the asshole who created such a piece of shit that takes the fun out of the game.
I understand people's frustration but few will ever admit they have had extremely good dice. They feel that they are due those good rolls and the reason they won that game was because the out strategized their opponent not because they got lucky with dice. If someone loses, it's never because they had a lesser strategy it's because the dice screwed them.
I realize sometimes it sucks and I have plenty of games where i say "0-4 again" but I never talk about the 1v1 roll I take and win even though I actually have less than a 42% chance of getting it. (36 possible combinations, attacker wins 15; defender wins 21).
As far as I'm concerned about you guys leaving CC because you feel the site is cheating you and noone else, go for it. I don't know why you think CC would program defensive dice to be stronger then attacking, that is just asinine in my opinion. If you only had horrible dice against the bigger names on the site, then maybe you would have a valid complaint but if you have such horrible dice against everyone, I promise it isn't the site out to get you. And if there is one less person that I have to play against and listen to them bitch about dice during the whole game, that is fine by me. Plenty of other opponents out there to replace you. Go play solitaire and whine about how the cards are stacked against you.

My long term experience definitely bears out the mathematical fact that when attacking with 4 armies or more, the attacker has a slight edge
I don't think there's any funky business going on, but it'd be nice if I had good dice on average over a long period. Checking my dice analyzer, 6 is my least thrown offensive die and most thrown defensive die (and, incidentally, 1 is my least thrown defensive die).
I don't think CC is cheating me, but it definitely hates me.
