This is not true in the least. He chose the wrong method to try to argue his case.
as it was pointed out.. he had no idea about the e-ticket method.. and if it wasn't pointed out, well it has been now.. Buddy had no idea there was a system in place like the e-tickets that could help rectify his situation,..
It says to take it to e-tickets in the email you receive from a ban i believe...though i have no personal experience and am not positive.
You can still contact us even without creating a new account. Whether you didn't know about the rules or about the ticket system, it is still not right to make a new account or even excuse you for your secondary account because you just wanted to contact us or state your side.

It seems to me that an obvious place to look for assistance with an issue on the site is the big tab on the front page (and every page) that says HELP on it. Maybe that's just me. And for what it's worth, that tab can be accessed without logging in, so no new account was necessary.

as his brother i can testify that the moment buddysystem found out about the e-ticket he created on from both of his accounts and received the response of "dont even bother getting premium"
