I think this is really sad. I don't usually get involved in matters such as this, but here's a guy who loves the game, the site, and had been an honest and fair player on it for a good length of time - and even reached brigadier.
Then his account gets abused by another (as yet unknown) party and he loses a ton of points. Did he do this? No. What's the reaction? To kick him out of all games and suspend him, leaving him no recourse but to create a new account so he could get on to the threads and state his case.

as it was pointed out.. he had no idea about the e-ticket method.. and if it wasn't pointed out, well it has been now.. Buddy had no idea there was a system in place like the e-tickets that could help rectify his situation,..
