I think we need to look at the big picture here, if kort knocks off thota, which is possible, does that make kort # 1 on cc for 2010? Probably NOT, since our challenge will not end until March 2011 and a majoirty of the matches will be played in the year 2011, so that is for the year 2011 discussion

I think you need to stop looking in the medal cabinet and/or mirror Blitz. If a list of perceived top clans was drawn-up for 2010 then it would be hard not to consider TOFU for top place (if it is purely results-based over the past 12 months). It's certainly not a toss-up between KORT and THOTA being #1 and #2.

I agree it is not a toss up for thota and kort to be # 1 and # 2, but, I do NOT see how you can put kort or Tofu above Thota as Thota still has Never lost, we beat Tsm barely earlier in 2010 which at the time was the # 2 clan and now we are in the Finals of the CUP in 2010 vs kort. so, to me it is easy not hard to but tofu less than one as tofu has not played any top clans like tsm, IA, low, thota, empire over the last year, you just recently played kort and thta was loads of controversy and very close. If tofu has not beat any top clans, and thota still never has lost a clan challenge and continues to win against some top clans in 2010, I doubt tofu can be #1 cof, not sure how you can argue that as you and some of your members even have posted over the months thota is # 1, and good argument for tsm to be #2. Of course I am open and I am sure other clans members are as well. I never said kort was #2 this year, although chuuuuck has my votes for who is as power ranked the top 39 to 40 clans, and soon to vote the top 10.

The difference is you always seem to consider what you have achieved over a period of years, and of that there is no equal without a doubt.

But if you compared results in 2010 then I think there are some who may feel TOFU has achieved more than any other clan throughout the year. That's what 'perception' is all about, and has nothing to do with a victory over LoW 18 months ago.

So what is the list? Is it taken purely on a year-by-year basis, or can you guys all f**k off to The Bahamas for a year and still come back as #1 because you're undefeated?

I'm not saying THOTA isn't #1 - in fact you know I have often stated that it is - but I had to take issue with your remark "If KORT beat THOTA does that make them #1 for 2010". From this one would surmise that your list is purely based on 2010 results, so there's no place for historical achievements dating back to 2009 and before. You can't work it both ways mate.

lol, not necessarily, we never played yet, and I never said you beat them (you did in games but not in rules), that is a controversial arguement that I rather stay out of because I was not involved.

I am basing this on experience and for me personally I think Tofu is stronger than Kort as a unit collectively, although your cup challenge was a super battle and kort played very well. If kort had won 31-29, my perception still may of been Tofu is slighly better based on my overall collective experience against many in both clans, now if kort won 45-15, I may see it differently, but, when it is that close, I'd have to give the slight edge to Tofu because they have given me more challenges in game wit then kort has, but, kort is pretty dam good.

Anyway, this historical vs 2010 debate is pretty interesting. Maybe it just boils down to where a clan is perceived to be at this specific point in time knowing what we know.

Has THOTA ever won a challenge 60-0? I don't believe so. Maybe you should make them prove themselves similarly before giving them the honor of challenging you...
