Based on this Question in Q&A,

Is there a way to determine how many times a map has been used within a certain amount of time? I've been looking at the GameFinder and I don't see a way to do it in that method.

For instance, I was considering starting a tournament using only a certain number of maps that had been used the LEAST within the past year - is there any way for me to figure this out?

Can anyone help me out with this?

So masters of the keyboard, great CC script ninjas, what do you think? Anyone up for it, or even think it's possible?

Well.... I doubt it is possible with the current API system or anything so this one is better be placed in suggestions.
