40 players required and will be split into 5 groups of 8.
Round 1 - Conquer the homeland. Each group of 8 will play 4 games on the Nordic Countries map, you will play the same players in all 4 games. The top 5 of each group will progress to Round 2
Scoring: Game winner - 10pts, seventh out - 8pts, sixth out - 6 pts, fifth out - 5 pts, fourth out - 4 pts, third out - 3pts, second out - 2 pts, first out - 1pt.
Tie-breakers - number of terminations made. That doesn't decide, one off game between the tiebreakers on Europa Map.
Round 2 - Coastal Raiding 25 players who came through will go into 5 groups of 5, seeded as per finishing place in Round 1.
The groups will then raid along the North Sea coast attacking the following maps.
Germany, Netherlands, France, Iberia
Top 3 in each group will progress. Scoring: Winner - 10pts, fourth out - 7pts, third out - 5 pts, second out - 3 pts, first out - 1pt
Round 3 - Invasion and Settlement 15 players who came through will randomly be placed into 3 groups of 5. Games in this round will be played on England, Scotland and Ireland maps. Top 2 in each group will progress to the final round.

Final Round - Exploration The final 6 players will play in 1 group. Maps will be Iceland, Greenland and Canada.
