USA National Championships - WINNER - tokle

This is another attempt at a tournament that I found in the abandoned section, there was enough interest to get it started but the organiser got busted for something so it never happened. Hopefully this time we will get it going.

This is a tournament that will cover every USA map on Conquer Club

City Round

The first Round will consist of the 6 USA City Maps (Chicago, NYC, San Francisco, Charleston, Pugent Sound, Pearl Harbor). The 36 players will be spilt into 6 groups of 6, playing against all the other players in the group once on each map.
The top 4 players (rankings based on number of points, (3 for win in 1-12 rounds, 2 for win in 13+ rounds, 1 point for loss in 15+ rounds, 0 points for loss) will advance to the regionals.


Redemption Path Group

The 5th place players from the city groups will be entered into a 6 man "Redemption Path Group." Each player will play the other five on the following maps - USApocalypse,Fractured America, and American Civil War.
The group winner will progress to the playoff game.

Regional Round

The 24 players who advanced from the city stage will randomly be placed in 1 of the 6 USA regions. That will make 6 four player groups. Using the same points system, they will play all other players in their group, the group winners will advance to the championship final.
Then all 2nd place teams will be ranked. The one with the most points will advance straight to the championship final with the group winners.
The 2nd ranked 2nd place finisher will be placed in the playoff game against the winner of the redemption path group.


Playoff Game

The playoff game will be a best of three between the two players on 13 Colonies, Prohibition Chicago and Texan Wars.
Winner progresses to the Championship Final.

Championship Final

The championship will consist of 8 players. It will be a single elimination bracket with the highest ranked player being paired with the lowest ranked player (from points gained in this tournament, not CC as a whole) Games will be played on USA, U.S.Senate and Rail USA.
