Well, about half of the last set of divisional games have been created. What should players know and expect?
This is your third and final divisional game, so if you're at the edge of elimination put everything you've got in the game and hope for good dice.
Most players still have a chance to advance; players are ranked by wins so winning is almost absolutely necessary. Keep in mind that winning in a quick amount of time helps you, because more points are added to your RD and more are subtracted from your opponent's RD. If players have the same number of wins, then they are ranked by higher RD, so RD is vital along with wins. To find your position in your division, check the standings board on page 11 of the tournament post.
This last game will most likely be the most competitive for you, as it probably is the deciding game either for you or your opponent (or both...), determining whether or not you'll advance from your division.
Don't get discouraged if you don't qualify! The divisional stage is arguably the toughest part of the tournament, because only 48 out of the 120 players advance. If all goes well with this tournament then I'll plan on running another, so there's always another try.
Good luck to all players! If you have any questions, send me a message!

Tournament Update 9/19 (September 19) -[player]dreams4insomniac[/player] replaces inactive [player]pcolling[/player] of the Chicago division. -[player]thorbe[/player] replaces inactive [player]WascallyWabbit[/player] of the Charleston division.
Standings should be updated Wednesday afternoon (Eastern Time), I am very sorry for the delay. Conference games won't get started until the divisional games are finished (I know it says otherwise in the Rules but there's some confusion and a few mistakes in the boards. If you want to help out just find your finished games and see if my standings calculations are correct. If each person does this, it takes only about a minute or two, it would really be great). I still have to confirm for every player to make sure the standings are correct. Please be patient! Congrats to everyone who advanced and thanks to everyone for playing and staying committed in my first big tournament!
I have finally had enough time to edit the scoreboards and post the next, updated set of standings. Note that thus far 2 playoff games will be needed, one in the Australia division between [player]WWEJTH[/player] and [player]jeraado[/player], and another in the Egypt: Upper Playoff game between [player]nutilizador[/player] and [player]Lootifer[/player], both to determine the division winner. These two playoff games will be created once the last 8 divisional games are finished. I will be double-checking all divisions' standings over the next few days, but I still strongly urge you to check to make sure you are in the correct place in the standings board and all the numbers are correct because mistakes happen. This is also why I am waiting before I send out the conference games because I can't risk (no pun intended) starting a conference game with the wrong players in it.
If you have any concerns, comments, anything P.M. me and I will take care of it. Thanks
Standings have been updated again. Upon further careful review, it has been determined that [player]nutilizador[/player] has in fact a higher Round Differential than [player]Lootifer[/player]; he has a +9 RD compared to Lootifer's +7.
The appropriate changes have been made. I am continuing to double-check all standings boards.
9/23 (September 23) -Playoff game, Game 7685006, between [player]WWEJTH[/player] and [player]jeraado[/player] created to determine the winner of the Australia division. The winner of the playoff game advances to the Asian Final, the loser gets second place in the division and therefore is eliminated from the tournament.
The South American Final, British Isles Conference, Mediterranean Conference, Rhineland Conference, BeNeLux Conference, and the Asian Final games have been created. All players should have received a message about the rules of play. The North American League and the African League still have unfinished divisional games; once they are completed, the next round will begin. If you have any concerns or questions, send me a private message. Thanks, and good luck!
From the conference/final games forward into the tournament, I will be more lenient with the reserves policy; unless a player isn't clearly checking CC over the past week, then they will have some more time to join their games (I don't really want a random reserve to replace a player who worked hard for their spot in a conference or final). This will be especially true in the Global Finale, although I'm assuming if you reach the final of a 120 player tournament you should be pretty excited and therefore not miss turns. Just putting this out there.
All divisional games have finally ended, and we are now officially into Stage 2 of the tournament. There's only 48 of the original 120 players left in the tournament. Now, Round Differential plays no more role; it's all about winning, or getting second for some finals/conferences. Good luck to everybody!
Not sure what happened but the Invitation for the 'Rest of World Qualification' has vanished. I'm sure I accepted but the game seems to be gone. Any ideas and has it just vanished for me?

That's really strange...The game still exists; I guess every now and then there's some dis-functional invites. I've re-sent the invite, let me know if there's another problem.
