Nope. Hive is one of the maps where 1st start is really inconsiderable. You can't get anyone below 12 deploy anyway so it is not about high drop there.

Yeesh, that's some heated chat right there. I will say tho that if there's ever been a high-level clan challenge without at least one game that devolves into shit-slinging, I'll eat my hat. Thankfully I think there's enough overall mutual respect amongst the top clans that such games are outliers rather than the standard.

I haven't played that many clan games but the other clan I have come across used even worse language certainly deserving of a mental foe, I don't see the need personally but I guess clan games are all heated.

You guys are ridiculous. Knight included. I was told to "STFU" after being insulted for my strategy, being called a whiner for dice, among other things. I wasn't insulting josko there, I was explaining what I said in the Eastern Hemisphere game so I'm not going to apologize after snapjack went off on me for saying "funny joke." Grow the f*ck up. I saw the numbers and to see one of them get all muffed when dice fall against them is dumb since some of them (read josko) has said numerous times that WE complain about the dice. I didn't say their strategy stunk, all I said was "funny joke." You call me a whiner then I'll explain my situation and why I said what I said. KoRT had 55% chance of failing that turn, I had 1.2% failing. Now I did my preemptive STFU in Eastern Hemisphere because if you forget, josko has apologized a couple times and has come back to make more glib comments and I didn't want to see it. So now you see that the only comment currently pertaining to josko was the renaming this thread TOFU v. Josko since he's been covering for everyone lately and it hardly seems many of KoRT has even played their turns of late. Granted I've had issues rise up and had people cover me lately, but frankly it wasn't an insult and was a joke. So chill the f*ck out people or foe me for all I care, I really don't give a f*ck. I said "funny joke" and then was drawn into this argument, you want a cease fire on any and all comments, fine, then make the rule no one can post in other games but I didn't attack josko, I just said "funny joke" and snapjack lost his shit.
